❗ Our handmade pet collars are intended for FASHION purposes only. They are not suitable for dogs who pull on the leash, for leash training, sudden tugging movements, or as the primary outdoor leash attachment (we recommend using a harness for these activities). Keep in mind that collars may naturally loosen over time, so we advise regularly checking the fit using the two-finger rule. This is particularly crucial for new collars that may experience slight stretching during the initial breaking-in period.

Dispatch
Face Coverings, Accessories, Stationery & Pet Accessories are handmade to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays).
Clothing & Apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts) and Phone Cases have a longer processing time (7-9 business days).
If your order includes items from both processing times, we will dispatch them according to the latter time frame.
Delivery
The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail services (UK). The estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (UK): 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
