Step 2: During checkout, feel free to add an optional short personal message in the ‘Order Notes’ section, then place your order. Kindly provide the recipient’s name for purchase authentication.
Step 3: Within 24 hours of your order, we’ll create a beautifully designed e-gift card (PDF file) with a unique code and personalised message. This special e-gift card, along with detailed instructions on usage, will be promptly emailed to your email address.
Step 4: Decide how to share this thoughtful gift with your loved one – either email it directly to them or print it out for a personal touch.
Once received, your recipient can apply the gift card’s value (£) to any product from our shop (www.ohashii.com). During checkout, they simply need to enter the unique code to activate the gift card and enjoy its benefits.
*Please note: the e-Gift amount must be utilised in a single transaction by the recipient. e-Gift cards do not cover shipping charges for the item your recipient selects and are subject to the website’s shipping terms and offers.

● It remains valid for 1 year, with the expiration date specified on the PDF file.
● It cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.
● The e-Gift amount must be utilised in a single transaction by the recipient.
● If the value of the recipient’s spending exceeds the amount on the card, they can easily pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

Dispatch
Face Coverings, Accessories, Stationery & Pet Accessories are handmade to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays).
Clothing & Apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts) and Phone Cases have a longer processing time (7-9 business days).
If your order includes items from both processing times, we will dispatch them according to the latter time frame.
Delivery
The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail services (UK). The estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (UK): 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
