📮 Our hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts are custom-printed by a professional print house, which extends the processing time to 5-9 business days. This is slightly longer compared to other handmade items in our shop, which typically take 3-5 business days. As a result, there may be instances where these items will be shipped separately.
Dispatch
Face Coverings, Accessories, Stationery & Pet Accessories are handmade to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays).
Clothing & Apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts) and Phone Cases have a longer processing time (7-9 business days).
If your order includes items from both processing times, we will dispatch them according to the latter time frame.
Delivery
The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail services (UK). The estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (UK): 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
