Delivery

Dispatch

Face Coverings, Accessories, Stationery & Pet Accessories are handmade to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays).

Clothing & Apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts) and Phone Cases have a longer processing time (7-9 business days).

If your order includes items from both processing times, we will dispatch them altogether according to the 7-9 business days time frame.

Delivery

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail services (UK). Their estimated delivery times vary from country to country but are around:

For Local (UK) orders:

  • 1st class (standard): 1-3 business days
  • 1st class (signed or tracked): 1-2 business days

For International orders (tracked)*:

  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of World : 5-10 business days
