❗ Our handmade pet collars are listed as FASHION accessories, so please note that they are NOT suitable for dogs who pull on the leash, for leash training, sudden leash tugging movements, or as a primary form of outdoor leash attachment (please use a harness for this). Remember that collars may loosen over time. Be sure to check it regularly using the two-finger rule. This is especially important for brand-new collars that may stretch during the breaking-in period.

Dispatch
Face Coverings, Accessories, Stationery & Pet Accessories are handmade to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays).
Clothing & Apparel (hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts) and Phone Cases have a longer processing time (7-9 business days).
If your order includes items from both processing times, we will dispatch them according to the latter time frame.
Delivery
The majority of our orders are delivered using Royal Mail services (UK). The estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (UK): 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
